Sorry that you have a problem with your order. Please send a brief description of the issue to matt@timelinewood.com and, if possible, include a photo of the issue. We'll get back to you right away and get you a replacement ASAP!

I know, it seems like the world is going to end since you didn’t get that sweet feeling of success for purchasing such a fine product but, please, Don’t Panic! We got your order. Phew...  alright, let’s work this out.  Please check your Spam folder and if it’s not there, email orders@timelinewood.com and we can re-send the confirmation email.

Now why would you want to do that?! We offer hassle-free returns that includes a nominal shipping return fee.

If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, you may return items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are in their original condition and the packaging is intact. Please note that a shipping return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

We DO NOT accept returns from Hawaii or Canada or International returns.

*Custom orders are non-returnable, non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged. Please contact us with photos of the product and packaging.

We accept all credit cards, paypal, Amazon Pay, even checks if you just like being old school and mail it to us. We'll even take wooden nickels!

Unless your order has already shipped, we can cancel any order. Nobody likes a quitter but we understand things change. If you need to cancel your order, please email orders@timelinewood.com with your order number or the change you'd like.

Oh I see... we got a trouble maker on our hands! But yes, we do it all the time. We do have minimum quantities for custom orders and the lead time tends to be slightly longer but let’s figure it out. Please email sales@timelinewood.com and we'll help you out!

Yes, we can ship internationally. Please email orders@timelinewood.com with your shipping address and what you'd like to order and we'll get you a shipping price. Don’t be shy, sometimes it’s not as expensive as you think so let's look into it.
